Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If undelivered, the order will be returned to us. Ensure the customer provides accurate details.
Weekly reports will be shared every Tuesday for orders delivered by the previous Friday. Upon confirmation, payments will be made on Wednesday (as we have a 3-day return policy). Minimum transfer amount is AED 200/- (additional bank transfer charges may apply based on your country).
