How to read the numbers
- Simple or Detailed. New to COD? Stay on Simple and enter one cost per delivered order. Already selling? Switch to Detailed to split product, shipping, fulfillment and other costs.
- Cost per delivered order is the one all-inclusive price you pay us: product, shipping and fulfillment. Approved partners see it per product in the portal.
- Delivery rate is the share of placed orders that get delivered and paid. Returns cost a flat AED 5 each.
- Break-even CPA is the most you can pay per order placed in your ads manager before the month turns negative.
- Target ROAS is the lowest ROAS your ads manager can show before you lose money. It counts every order placed, the same way the ads manager does.
